Shipping & Production Policy

At AYSUM, every piece is created with intention, care, and craftsmanship. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Made to Order

All of our abayas are made to order. This means your garment is handcrafted specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because each piece is produced individually:

Production time typically takes 2–3 weeks (unless otherwise stated).

Once your order has entered production, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted.

This policy ensures we maintain exclusivity, reduce waste, and deliver intentional craftsmanship in every drop.

Shipping Timeframes

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped EXPRESS. 

Please note: Shipping time refers to delivery after dispatch, it does not include production time.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authority. AYSUM is not responsible for customs fees. If customs fees are declined and the parcel is returned, costs are non-refundable.

Order Changes

If you need to request a change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will always do our best to accommodate before production begins.
