Shipping Policy:

All of our abayas are available for pre-order. Due to high Eid demand, please allow 2-3 weeks from your order date before your order is shipped.

Kindly note that shipping fees charged at checkout cover the cost of delivering your order from the UAE to your destination but do not include any possible customs duties, taxes, or other fees that may be applied by your local customs authority.

These charges are determined by your country's customs regulations and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately we at AYSUM have no control over these fees and cannot predict if and how much it could possibly be as they vary by country and order value.

If your order is subject to customs or duties, you will be contacted by the shipping carrier for payment before the package can be delivered. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any potential costs before placing your order.

Please note: If the package is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges or unable to deliver, any additional fees to reship the package will be at the cost of the customer. Once a package is marked as delivered by courier, we are not liable for lost or stolen items. By purchasing our items you agree to these terms.
